VAS product launched on the Etisalat (now 9Mobile) platform in 2017. Wellness to Life is a subscription-based service where users receive professional and actionable information about health-related topics, developed by a team of medical professionals with applicable local and international knowledge. The data is tailored for local consumption and designed to raise the subscriber’s awareness of medical conditions, diseases, as well as educate about Wellness, prevention and early treatment.

Parental Guide

VAS product launched on the Etisalat (now 9Mobile) platform in 2017. Another Subscription-based service where users receive daily tips on the best ways to take care of their infants and children. Content covers safety, nutrition and parental best practices.

ExamMate

Examinations preparatory eLearning solution for UTME and SSCE covering a period of 13 years. Our ExamMate software has assisted over 10,000 candidates achieve remarkable success in their exams since its creation in 2014. ExamMate won the Etisalat Pan-African Prize for Innovation in 2014. ExamMate is available online at www.educatelagos.com, the new eLearning platform of the Lagos State Government. A mobi-site version is underway launch on the MTN and 9Mobile platforms as a VAS product.

Project Management Consultant to Bri & Bru Services Ltd. February 2015 – Date

Managing the prospecting, deal closing and implementation of the N3.9bn Upgrade of Security at 5 key International airports: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Enugu and Port Harcourt.
  • The nature of this project bars us from disclosing details unless with permission from the authorities

  • March 2013 – December 2014 Managed the procurement process and implementation of the N155m project to secure 7 critical facilities of the Federal Road Safety Corp, located in Abuja, Lagos, and Awka.

  • Bound by a Non Disclosure Agreement not to provide details without written approvals.

Project Management Consultant to InfoGraphics Ltd. June 2009 - December 2009

Successfully managed the deployment of Microsoft Hosted Messaging and Collaboration (HMC 4.5) for Galaxy Backbone Plc, the first of such implementation in West Africa.
  • Managed a consortium of 3 companies providing 22 project resources located in Lagos, Abuja, Amman – Jordan and Beirut – Lebanon.

  • Successfully closed out the $700,000 project in Dec 2009, which afforded Galaxy Backbone Plc the capacity to provide messaging and collaboration service to 250,000 users targeting Federal Civil Servants and the Nigerian Army.

Project Management Consultant to InfoGraphics Ltd. January 2010 - May 2010

Successfully managed the deployment of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution and the setting up of a Project Management Office (PMO) for ETAT Consulting.
  • Managed a lean team of 6 to effectively implement a complete EPM solution consisting of Microsoft SBS, Exchange, SharePoint, Bespoke Web interface etc.

  • This has enabled the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Nigerian President on Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) properly manage a huge Quick-Win project portfolio of 11,700 projects scattered across Nigeria. The projects include community borehole drilling, construction of 3-block classroom blocks, and primary health care infrastructure.

  • Successfully closed out project in June 2010. This successful project was acknowledged by the Project Director of ETAT to have cut their workload by 60% thereby increasing their capacity to do more.

  • Ensured a successful outcome that was widely acknowledged by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on MDGs as well as Federal Lawmakers at a public hearing at the National Assembly complex, Abuja in June 2010.

Project Management Consultant to GrandCentral Ltd. June 2010 – December 2012

Co-managed for the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation, a N3.4 billion service wide roll out of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) across all Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
  • This entails managing the entire process beginning from vendor procurement guided by the Federal Government regulation on Due Process on procurement. Prepared Technical RFP and organized demo thereby helping the FGN pre-qualify, screen and select a qualified solution provider amongst the 47 companies that applied.

  • We led a 12 persons Project Management Office (PMO) primarily responsible for ensuring that vendors deliver on all program objectives jointly set by the Head of Service of the Federation (HOSF) and the Accountant General of the Federation (AGF).

  • The project involves the capturing of employee records and biometric data of over 1.1million employees of the Federal Government of Nigeria across over 400 MDAs and implementation of payroll and personnel systems.

Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution (2010)

Successful implementation of a Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution for eTaT Consulting Abuja, to assist in managing over 11,500 Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Quick-Win projects forthe Presidency.
